Our training sessions

We run regular sessions for women, men, and young players across Edinburgh. All our training sessions are beginner-friendly and you don't need any experience.

You don't need to bring anything other than yourself, a water bottle and a pair of trainers. Your first session is always free.

  • Not at all. The majority of our players come with a football background or no sporting background at all. Our coaches will make sure you're comfortable from your very first session.

  • Just a pair of trainers with non-marking soles (most standard sports trainers are fine), comfortable sports clothing, and a water bottle. We provide the balls and bibs.

  • Your first session is completely free. After that, session costs depends on what team you are joining. We keep costs as low as possible to make the club accessible to everyone.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or details in the footer. We aim to respond quickly—usually within a day or two.

  • Of course — you're always welcome to come along and watch a few sessions and meet the team before you decide to join in.

  • We totally understand that people have busy schedules and other commitments. There’s no pressure to attend all training sessions - just join when it suits you.
